Let me tell you about an exam and eyeglass experience that I expected to be routine, but was anything but!
While seeing Dr. Gabriel Russell in Willow Grove, PA, there was an atmosphere of friendly professionalism and courteous service that I’ve seldom seen in the practice of any field of medicine or health care.
From the moment I encountered Dr. Russell, I knew this was going to be different. He asked the usual questions, but he actually looked at me and listened to me as I responded. That made me feel that he cared enough to create a strategy for me to have the best in vision care.
Dr. Russell explained every apparatus or machine that he applied during my exam, and then took the time to query further about my general wellness practices, and how they could help improve my precious eyesight.
In short (wait… was this “short”?), Dr. Gabriel Russell will be my eye doctor going forward, even if I have to travel to see him. Yes — he’s THAT good!
